Yarning Together, Achieving Outcomes in Immunisation Research for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Communities

The NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence- "Immunisation in Under Studied and Special Risk Populations is in its final year of efforts and has had a focus on research, capacity building and translation of immunisation issues of relevance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities alongside other vulnerable populations.

On the 28 -29 July CRE convened a 2day roundtable in Sydney to discuss the outcomes of the CRE, ways forward and ongoing collaborations as well as future research priorities for immunisation research, policy and capacity building for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People .

The roundtable was attended by people  who work  in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services or mainstream services whose position is Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.
